We are proud to announce the new layout and new way here at topsiteoftheday.com.

As you can see the site has gone through a great change with the layout, ads, and many of the plugins we onced used. We have taken out all ads but our own. This we feel makes it more of an enjoyment for our readers and less clutter on the site. We also went with a “canned” template released by adii (link in footer) because we feel that as of now it fits what we were looking for.

We also have many changes under the hood that we are very proud about. As you can see we have eliminated the rating system except the ratings that we ask all of you to give each site. We also have gotten rid of the logos we had at the top and went back to our simple and easy to read layout of just a snapshot, link, brief description, and our thoughts. We hope this will help our readers enjoy their stay much better.

One more note for everyone. We had a long discussion about full feeds: both in RSS and on the front page and have decided that we will use this method so our readers can enjoy our reviews whether its in your email, rss reader, or visiting the site. Just another way we feel will help our readers out in the long run.
