When I went to France to visit with the families of some of my clients, I was able to use the Accountiviti desktop to keep an eye on all of my transactions, as well as see which one of my clients was not paying their bills. I was able to know exactly what was going on with my accounts, and have the Accountiviti team maintain the business accounts.

Another great feature of this particular company is the helpfulness of their staff. When I went to them to use their services for the first time, they helped to evaluate my accounting needs and helped with some recommendations on some software and hardware that would aid in my accounting. They have live phone customers support, so no matter where you are, you can always get help. I also receive a quarterly follow up from the company just so they can see how I’m doing and that everything is flowing smoothly.
