This site was created due to a need I had for good bookmarks of some of the great sites I run into online. I love surfing the web and finding great content and when I do I love to bookmark it and share with my friends and family, so I decided to create Top Site as a way to talk about these sites and let others comment on how they feel. Well this is the second edition to this site and I still feel that it is a great idea, I will not let a simple crash deter me from bringing it back and making another go at it. Use this site to:

• See what new sites are out there that make it to the Top Site list, and what new sites are Notable Sites.
• Read reviews about blogs I run across that I think are actually something readers would benefit from it.
