This is a unique blog that helps other writers with tips and tricks in becoming excellent writers.  She has also keeps up with some of the latest news in the blogging world.  She gives great resources for writers and all i all keeps up with everything.

The first time i wrote about this site she had some issues with certain aspects of the layout and advertising, as you can tell she has cleaned up the layout and has done an excellent job with the layout.  I actually love the way she has laid out the categories and has broke down some of the top resources into quick links on both of the sidebars.  She keeps up with the layout with excellent content that keeps you coming back for more..

My Thoughts:
Well, the last time my site was up i had her set as a notable site due to issues i found.  I felt that her site lacked just a little bit to be a Top Site, but i am glad to "type" that she has passed my expectations and has made it to My Top Site Of The Day Pick Of The Day.  This site is well worth not only a visit but a complete stay.  I recommend you take what she says and go make your own blogging history.
