Sacred Destinations is a travel guide to more than 1,500 sacred sites, holy places, pilgrimage destinations, historical religious sites, artifacts, and religious buildings from around the world. Growing daily this site is a niche site for those who enjoy the past and present of a place and what to learn more.

Site Design:
The design is great, At the top you have two different ways to get around the site.  The first is by continent and the second right below that is random pictures of places so that you can just pick and choose. The site carries a great layout and is easy to read.

My Thoughts:
Every time I’ve seen the Roman ruins I couldn’t help but think of events that came to pass in the very place I’m standing. I often feel that its great that they have tried to bring back the past so others can enjoy the wonders of the past. If you enjoy learning about history, you should visit this site to learn about the destinations that you could visit.
