Site Overview

Here is another great site from our overseas brothers and sisters. I ran into an article from one of my news groups talking about how england has falling house prices some as low as 20 percent. This is a quote from the site ” House prices are predicted to fall 20 per cent in two years, according to Firstrung.

The company has said that because of the 60 per cent reduction in the number of mortgages available, house prices are going to fall dramatically in the near future.” Interesting that prices are falling overseas and yet we are looking at an increase due to the oil boom. Check below for a better account on what i feel about this.

My Thoughts

Now i am writing about this because i want to make a point that we as americans are oil dependant. I am not big on living in a land where war actually drives us to buy and sell as we do. So when i got the chance to read this article i decided it was a great piece of site to check out completely. (got to love the english). Now the fact that this site has built their site around mortgage you can check out some of the news that goes on there and compare that with what we are facing as americans. Don’t get me wrong i love america and will defend her till my dying day, but we as americans need to wake up and see whats really going on.
